For cancelation requests and partial refunds:
Depending on the payment method used, it may take 5-7 business days to reflect on your account. You will receive a notification via email or text within 24 hours as soon as your refund is processed.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. Refund is approved once we receive a report that the returned item is in "like new" condition. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after the item has been received in our warehouse.
