If you purchased Navidium Shipping Protection Plan upon check out, we will send a replacement immediately after receiving your claim. To learn more about Navidium protection policies, please check here to understand which lost, stolen, and damaged items Navidium will cover.
If no shipping protection plan is purchased, we will follow the courier's claims policy to either locate your parcel or deem it lost. This may take 6-8 weeks and is at the discretion of the courier. A police report may be required.
If your parcel has a GPS location or photographic evidence that it has been delivered to your property, is with a neighbor, or is at a secure location, we are not responsible for a refund or replacement.
Please check the following details within 48-72 hours after your order is tagged as delivered.
- Check the delivery address indicated in the order to ensure that it is correct.
- Check other possible recipients. Please check with your neighbors, another member of the household, guards, or other lobby personnel who could have received your order on your behalf.
- If after verifying with your surroundings and you are still unable to find the package, contact the courier. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. If the package still does not show up, you can file a claim or a stolen case report to the courier company.
- For FedEx Smartpost, please file a Police Report and send us a copy asap via email at email@example.com so we can file a claim or stolen case report on your behalf.
