- Description of your issue

Q: DOESN’T HAPPYGUN COVER LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES THROUGH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE?

But by purchasing shipping insurance with Navidium, completing a claim is easier, faster, and helps get any shipping issues resolved as quickly as possible. Without Navidium shipping protection, claims processing may take 6-8 weeks and is at the discretion of the courier.
Q: WHAT IF MY PACKAGE GETS LOST, AND NAVIDIUM REPLACES IT BY ORDERING ANOTHER NEW PRODUCT FOR ME, AND THEN THAT PACKAGE GETS LOST. DOES NAVIDIUM COVER THAT TOO?
